How far in advance should I book?+
Most clients book six to twelve months ahead, particularly for peak wedding dates. If your event is sooner, do get in touch — we hold limited short-notice availability.
How long does setup take?+
We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before your start time. Setup is included in your package and never eats into your booth hours.
Do you travel?+
Yes. Travel is included within 25 miles of London, with a simple mileage fee beyond that. Nationwide travel can be arranged.
What areas do you cover?+
London & the South East — travel available nationwide. If your venue sits outside this, contact us and we will quote travel transparently.
What happens if my event runs late?+
Additional hours can be added on the night where our schedule allows, charged at the standard hourly rate.
