CLN STUDIOS - CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Customer Cancellations

• Please contact CLN Studios as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking.
• Booking deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
• Whether any remaining payments are refundable depends on how much notice is given and the circumstances of the cancellation.

2. Rescheduling

• CLN Studios will make best efforts to accommodate requests to reschedule, subject to availability and agreement.
• If the requested new date is unavailable, the request will be treated as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation terms will apply.

3. CLN Studios Cancellation

• If CLN Studios needs to cancel a booking and cannot provide a suitable alternative, CLN Studios will refund payments made for services it is unable to provide.

4. Changes to Your Booking

• Changes to the package, event date, venue, hire time or additional services must be agreed with CLN Studios.
• Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.
